Louisa was a dancer through her childhood before exploring martial arts and then CrossFit. She appreciates movement, coordination and the freedom you experience when your body moves to the best of its ability. William has always been active and competed in a vast range of sports. Having experienced some injuries, including a motorcycle accident, bodily function started to fall into his focus. After stepping up his fitness and taking part in a consistent gym routine, he decided to take it further in order to truly understand injuries and how his knowledge can not only be a benefit to himself but to others as well.
William completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian Institute of Fitness and has since been helping clients boost their recovery and rebuild. Alongside this he also works with multiple day care centres around Sydney to teach children life skills, teamwork and self-awareness.
