Frequently asked questions
Our initial appointments are typically 60 min in duration. This involves a comprehensive history, understanding your barriers, understanding your goals and developing a personalised management plan to help you and all involved in your recovery journey understand how to get you there.
After your initial appointment, follow up sessions are between 30-45 minutes. Our appointments at APEX Health Movement are twice the industry norm in duration and our practitioners are with you for the entire duration of your appointment (there’s no managing multiple clients at once here!). We do this as it is the standard of care our staff would expect when their families needed healthcare and it allows us to provide you with the most comprehensive service possible.
We ask our clients to wear comfortable clothing they can move in. Where possible, we also ask our clients to consider appropriate clothing based on their area of complaint. For example, shorts are more preferable than jeans when needing assistance with knee pain.
Yes, we have 8 dedicated car spots available right in front of our door. In the event that these are all taken, we ask for you to be respectful of our neighbours car spots and opt to use the available street parking (where possible). In the event you are unable to find parking or walk a small distance, please give us a call and our team will be happy to assist you.
