APEX Health Movement offers Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Chiropractic services to support our client’s health journeys. Our team meet weekly to discuss new and old cases.
This ensures ‘the right tool for the job’ is being applied, as well as ensuring we’re sticking to your individual management plan, to keep you on the path to Discovering Your Best Health.
So you can rest assured that no matter which of our practitioners you see, our team collaboratively put your health needs first.

Our Owners
APEX Health Movement is proudly family-owned, founded by husband-and-wife team Daniel and Louisa Camilleri. A Chiropractor and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, they built APEX around a shared belief: movement is for everyone, at every age, every ability and every stage of life.
For Daniel, that belief is personal. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at an early age, he learned first-hand how powerful movement is in managing health. Combined with a sporting background spanning football, baseball, CrossFit, triathlon, ice hockey and even archery, he brings both lived and learned experience to helping clients move better and live stronger.
Louisa's drive comes from her extensive experience in community health and disability, particularly cerebral palsy. She believes people of all abilities deserve to experience inclusion, and aims to inspire healthy movement that lives beyond "therapy" and the clinic, becoming part of everyday life. As a Clinical Educator at a tertiary level, she's passionate about educating families and supporting positive lifestyle change.
Outside the clinic, you'll find them doing exactly what they preach: camping, four-wheel driving and hiking with their three children, with weekends built around outdoor mini adventures. Family and movement go hand in hand at home, just as they do at APEX.

BRAND Lead
Lex is our Brand Lead who loves bringing the APEX community together and making sure you feel welcome from your very first call.
Lex helps the APEX community grow and thrive, and is often the friendly face you'll see at the front desk.
Behind the scenes, Lex ensures the APEX brand stays aligned across our social media, website, and client communications, so the experience feels personal and consistent at every step.
Outside the clinic, Lex runs the line as an Assistant Referee in the Women's A-League and loves bushwalking in the Blue Mountains, any excuse to be outdoors with an iced latte in hand.

ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Delana is part of our Administration team and loves creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
From the front desk to behind-the-scenes systems, Delana helps keep the clinic running smoothly and is always happy to lend a hand.
Outside the clinic, Delana enjoys cricket, spending time outdoors, and making the most of every chance to be with their dogs.
