Annabelle is in the final year of a Master of Physiotherapy and has a passion for helping people move with confidence, recover from injury, and get back to the activities they love.
Through her role as an Exercise Scientist at APEX, she has gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients, guiding rehabilitation programs, providing hands-on support, and encouraging clients to achieve their goals every step of the way.
Having grown up playing soccer, basketball and Oztag, Annabelle understands the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle. Her passion for sport has fuelled her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, where she enjoys helping people recover from injury, improve performance and stay active long term.
When she's not studying or working, Annabelle enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active through sport and the gym, and making the most of the outdoors.
Clinical Interests
Musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, with a focus on empowering individuals to take charge of their own health and recovery.
