As an Exercise Physiologist passionate about women’s health, Tahira believes in the transformative power of exercise. Engaged in sports like oztag, muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, swimming, and soccer from a young age, she competed at the national level in powerlifting, learning dedication and resilience.
Personal health challenges inspired her career, driving her to understand and support each patient’s unique journey. She creates tailored, enjoyable exercise programs to empower patients toward optimal health.
Outside the clinic, she stays active outdoors, whether swimming at the beach or competing in sports with friends. She plans to pursue a PhD in women’s health and exercise, aiming to enhance women’s health through research.
