Meet our Exercise Scientist Brielle

Brielle Cvitic
Exercise Scientist
Brielle is passionate about using exercise to help people improve their function, confidence, and quality of life.
She enjoys working alongside clients to develop individualised exercise programs that support them in achieving meaningful goals and participating in the activities that are important to them.
With a particular interest in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Brielle values building genuine relationships with her clients and creating a supportive environment where they feel encouraged throughout their rehabilitation journey. She believes exercise should be tailored to each individual and focuses on helping clients build strength, independence, and confidence in their movement.
Outside of the clinic, Brielle enjoys adaptive CrossFit and competes in Para-Dressage with her horse, Denari. Her involvement in both sports has given her a strong appreciation for the role exercise plays in rehabilitation, performance, resilience, and overall well-being.
